I take this woman …

What next for Israel? More than that: a wife and child in Islam.

The internet provides everything you’d want to know about courtships, weddings, married life, but few of them include the instructions on wife-beating. There is a brief but enlightening film, produced by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) and posted on Jihad Watch, of a Muslim sociologist who demonstrates the “proper” wife-beating technique.

Homosexual manifesto: satire?

Do the American people really accept homosexual or same sex marriage?

If you would know who controls you see who you may not criticize.

– Tacitus

It has been a week of weeks concerning the assaults on the American people coming from this administration and their communist allies within and without. They are becoming more emboldened, ruthless and obvious as to who is responsible for the crimes committed against the American people, especially those involving the sodomite community. Yet, you are told to believe that the homosexual manifesto is just satire. Let me make my point.

Rebuilding our foundations

An 1875 marriage certificate. This represents part of our American cultural norms that come under attack on a broad front.

Since the Garden of Eden, God established marriage between one man and one woman as a foundation for the family unit. This God-ordained foundation has been recognized even by the most tyrannical of governments – at least until now. The basis of this foundation was to promote prosperity and posterity by providing men and women with helpmates to enable them to prosper and survive the rigors of life, as well as ensuring the continued growth of the human race. It was not based on love interests, which can be purely physical and change with every passing fancy. It was based on practicality and economics. Today the Supreme Court of the United States has asserted its definition of marriage over God’s. Therefore, in order to keep what is God, God’s, we need to understand how we got to this point and ultimately how we can circumvent this latest government over-reach.

Same-sex marriage: new block?

The Constitution, which sets forth the principle of rule of law, defines what is unconstitutional, and guarantees freedom of speech and other liberties of a Constitutional republic, and also describes the impeachment power. (How many know of the Jewish roots of this document?) Hypocrisy threatens Constitutional government. Could Israel use a constitution like this? More to the point: would a Convention of States save it, or destroy it? (Example: civil asset forfeiture violates the Constitution.) Quick fixes like Regulation Freedom Amendments weaken it. Furthermore: the Constitution provides for removing, and punishing, a judge who commits treason in his rulings. Furthermore, opponents who engage in lawfare against an elected President risk breaking the Constitution.

Earlier this month, the U.S. Supreme Court let stand without comment several rulings by different Circuit Courts of Appeals. Result: same-sex marriage now is the law in up to 33 States. Everyone, including de facto President Barack Obama, assumed same-sex marriage would soon be the rule across the land. But a federal judge in Puerto Rico just threw up another roadblock. This could set up a “circuit split” to force the Court to rule even faster than it planned.

Minnesota: letter of indictment

Minnesota State Capitol

The front: homosexual marriage. The end: schoolchildren. And no State better illustrates that fact this week than does Minnesota.

Marriage in the dock

An 1875 marriage certificate. This represents part of our American cultural norms that come under attack on a broad front.

This week, two cases on marriage come before the United States Supreme Court for oral argument. The two cases will decide, from two separate aspects, whether marriage will mean anything in the United States any longer.

Same-sex marriage and religious freedom

In a news conference today, a reporter asked President Obama about whether he supported same-sex marriage. He said that DOMA (the federal Defense of Marriage Act) and similar State laws that protect marriage as between a man and a woman were unconstitutional. And then he said that New York’s law that permits same-sex marriages is constitutional.
