Donald Trump accepting the 2016 Republican nomination. A vote for him was a vote for freedom. He owes his victory to the electoral college. He also now leads the armies of freedom in their war against the socialists. But he needs to learn now: the other side are playing without rules. His latest stand against illegal immigration further illustrates the problem. More recently: Trump should bury the DACA order and leave it buried. DACA – unconstitutional and dangerous

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. Today is Friday, September 15, 2017, and on today’s report I will be discussing DACA, which stands for Delayed Action for Childhood Arrivals.  In June of 2012, President Obama, after Congress repeatedly denied his request for Congressional implementation, decided to take legislative action on his own authority, by executive order.

What would Martin Luther King think of the modern demoralizers of the faith? How can one compare a modern politician to a man of such stature as King's? Or how about two sets of dreamers - his kind, and the dishonorable kind? What would Martin Luther King think of the modern demoralizers of the faith? Dreamers and their dreams

Civil rights dreamer Martin Luther King Jr. had a 20th century dream. He dreamed that one day all children would be judged by the content of their character not the color of their skin. Martin Luther King Jr. dreamed an American dream that embraced our country’s racial ideals of freedom and equality.

Symbol of fundamental change, including DACA: Mexican flag at an immigration rally in an American city. (Possible treason? Sanctuary cities? Drivers licenses?) Mollie Tibbetts died in its name. So did a California police officer, murdered by one of many illegal immigrants. This represents another humanitarian hoax on the American people, and the deracination of America as well. It is also a signal to pass the new RAISE Act that would minimize episode of this kind. The latest: exploiting illegal immigrant children to try to facilitate open borders. The RAISE Act: real immigration reform

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report.  Today is Friday August 18, 2017, and on today’s Report I will be talking about the Raise Act, which stands for Reforming American Immigration for a Strong Economy Act.  The discussion of this new proposal will give us a chance to take a look at current American immigration policy.  The Raise Act, then, is an attempt to reform American Immigration Policy and base it on a different set of assumptions.

Megyn Kelly falls from grace

Most people, including me, know that Megyn Kelly is not only gorgeous, but also smart, sassy, incisive in her interviews, and also genuinely funny. But the interview she conducted Wednesday night, August 26, with Jorge Ramos was disgraceful—the kind of toadying and biased interrogation that should be Exhibit #1 in journalism schools across the country about how not to be a legitimate journalist.

The Constitution, which sets forth the principle of rule of law, defines what is unconstitutional, and guarantees freedom of speech and other liberties of a Constitutional republic, and also describes the impeachment power. (How many know of the Jewish roots of this document?) Hypocrisy threatens Constitutional government. Could Israel use a constitution like this? More to the point: would a Convention of States save it, or destroy it? (Example: civil asset forfeiture violates the Constitution.) Quick fixes like Regulation Freedom Amendments weaken it. Furthermore: the Constitution provides for removing, and punishing, a judge who commits treason in his rulings. Furthermore, opponents who engage in lawfare against an elected President risk breaking the Constitution. 14th Amendment ignored and gored

It is true that a very strong argument can be made that the 14th Amendment is the most powerful tool in the battle to support the 2nd Amendment, in that it forbids States and the  Federal Government from applying and enforcing laws or regulations unequally, from citizen to citizen.  In The Brief, the SAPPA Group references that Amendment in several of its Claims for Relief.

Birthright: obiter dicta

Everyone admires persistence, except when one persists in error. Bill O’Reilly stands guilty of persisting in error. Last night (19 August), and again tonight, he held forth yet again: Amendment XIV of the Constitution confers absolute, undeniable birthright citizenship on any person born in the United States, except those born solely to foreign diplomats, agents, or (God forbid) invaders/occupiers.

Donald Trump at a conservative gathering in 2011. Does he truly pass the test? It would appear so--for he is now the voice of the silent American majority. He at least stays grounded in the real world. Donald Trump at a conservative gathering in 2011. Does he truly pass the test? Birthright: cite the case

Donald Trump’s immigration plan still dominates the news cycle, more than twenty-four hours later. Yesterday, Judge Andrew P. Napolitano asserted, but did not prove, the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees an absolute birthright of citizenship to any person born on American soil, under any circumstances. Last night, Bill O’Reilly asserted the same thing. (Bill O’Reilly really should leave that to his “Is It Legal?” team.) This morning, former Governor Jim Gilmore (R-Va.) said the same.
