Trump trumps property rights

The Constitution, which sets forth the principle of rule of law, defines what is unconstitutional, and guarantees freedom of speech and other liberties of a Constitutional republic, and also describes the impeachment power. (How many know of the Jewish roots of this document?) Hypocrisy threatens Constitutional government. Could Israel use a constitution like this? More to the point: would a Convention of States save it, or destroy it? (Example: civil asset forfeiture violates the Constitution.) Quick fixes like Regulation Freedom Amendments weaken it. Furthermore: the Constitution provides for removing, and punishing, a judge who commits treason in his rulings. Furthermore, opponents who engage in lawfare against an elected President risk breaking the Constitution.

I watched Bret Baier interview Donald Trump about eminent domain. I am one of many Americans whose property is under assault by government (NJ), that thinks it can redistribute private property among private parties, absolutely forbidden by the U.S. Constitution. I’ve been in a unique position to observe the disturbing alliance between government and big business that rides roughshod over constitutionally protected property rights of individuals and small business under the guise of “public benefit.” I’d like to put forth my thoughts about statements made by Mr. Trump.

Sarah Palin in Kuwait

President Obama stepped off the U.S. Marine Corps helicopter (Marine One) in New York City Tuesday, September 23, 2014, to attend a U.N. General Assembly meeting. It was sickening to watch President Obama return a formal military salute from two Marines standing at attention in their dress uniforms with a sloppy limp salute using his right hand which was holding a Styrofoam cup., a gesture that has been labeled the ‘latte salute.’

Why hesitate before ISIS?

A typical Muslim national flag: a crescent and star on a green field. Muslims use gradualism to extend this flag worldwide. Ironically, Islam also practices ioperational atheism with its absolute determinism.

A new video surfaced September 2, 2014, called “The Second Message to America” showing the execution of 31 year old reporter, Steven Sotloff, the second American beheaded in front of the world by the same ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) executioner in last month’s video beheading James Foley, American war photojournalist, retaliation for U.S. air strikes in Iraq.

Hashtag won

The hashtag goes international.

On April 21, 2014, the Islamic terrorist extremist organization Boko Haram kidnapped 234 young Christian girls from their school in Chibok, Nigeria. In response, First Lady Michelle Obama stood pouty-faced in front of a camera, holding a sign begging Islamist militants in Nigeria, “#BringBackOurGirls.”

Work is a wonderful thing

What would Mark Twain think of a society that devalues work?

The second book of three projected volumes of Mark Twain’s autobiography was published October 5, 2013. In his characteristic blend of humor and reprove, Twain wrote, “Any man who is satisfied to be fed by another man rather than by the honest sweat of his own brow should be shot.” Twain recollects, without exception, those he helped did not appreciate his help, never paid back money loaned, and did not change their debased behavior.
