Minnesota: letter of indictment

The front: homosexual marriage. The end: schoolchildren. And no State better illustrates that fact this week than does Minnesota. This week, Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton (labeled one of America’s worst senators by TIME) signed homosexual marriage legislation into un-law after the un-lawful House and Senate approved it. In concert these branches of the Minnesota government have proved themselves in defiance against the laws of Nature and Nature’s God, as found in the Declaration of Independence. In the Minnesota Supreme Court chambers, a huge mural of Moses awaiting the Divine Law of God testifies to their faces that they are incompetent to serve ‘We the People’.

It is important to note the chronological history of what took place before this immoral, unconstitutional, unethical, and unlawful bill was signed.

On May 20, 2011, I was invited to deliver the opening prayer at the Minnesota House session. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the Minnesota House was planning to vote on a constitutional ban on homosexual marriage (decided by the people in the November elections), much like 32 states have already done. The capitol was packed with supporters and protesters of the ban, and media coverage was heavy on the subject.

Even though my prayer made no mention of homosexuality, I was denounced by then Speaker of the House Kurt Zellers, a corrupt Republican who has since lost his position. The media flocked around to interview me after my prayer. While I was preparing for a press conference, I was approached by diplomats such as Senator Paul Gazelka who begged me not to talk to the media, afraid that if I did so the measure would not pass. The president of the Minnesota Family Council told me they would have to “distance themselves” from me due to the fact that they felt they had all in hand, and that my prayer was such an offence.

These “diplomats” were more concerned about not hurting anyone’s feelings than they were about protecting our posterity. They thought the route of delicacy would win over radicals who were determined to silence religious freedom and implement a radical homosexual agenda.

Their diplomacy was their ruin.

In a state with massive voter fraud issues (please research the Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie and his involvement with fraud), the ban on homosexual marriage was lost during the November elections (along with Voter ID). Minnesota Republicans voted Rick Santorum (a strong conservative) for their GOP Presidential candidate in the 2012 precincts, while the House, Senate, and Governor’s office became controlled by Democrats. If Minnesota Republicans are this conservative, how did they allow Democrats to be in control?

Once in session – before they even implemented a budget – both the House and Senate passed homosexual marriage. Coinciding with this bill was the “Safe and Supportive Minnesota Schools Act.”

Can you guess what was included in a large portion of this bill? That’s right! Anti-bullying policies… including gender identity and sexual orientation. Wait a second. I thought this was about homosexual marriage. Bullying has nothing to do with marriage. I obtained a copy of this bill. Under this Act, there will be an attempt for schools to be revolutionized to normalize homosexuality, and anyone who disagrees with sexually deviant behavior will be punished. This includes students’ behavior on or OFF campus BEFORE, during, and/or AFTER school hours. All staff and school volunteers will be forced to undergo annual training to ensure a “safe environment” for – let’s put it plainly – LGBT students. In other words, the state is attempting to take full control of the beliefs of the children of Minnesota, which is a UN global agenda.

During an interview on my radio broadcast this week (sonsoflibertyradio.com), a former senator from Minnesota, Gretchen Hoffman, told us pedophile groups such as NAMBLA (North American Man and Boy Love Association) will be asking for permission to lower the age of consent for sexual intercourse, just like Canada.

This is criminal behavior from people who are put into position to uphold the laws of our republic and protect the wellbeing of its citizens. Instead they are targeting the young to be made a prey by lawless criminals.

An open letter to Minnesota schools

Before this time, Minnesota Senator John Marty (a pastor’s son) had been deceptively trying to circumvent the people and implement homosexual marriage. In 2010, I wrote a letter to all school districts as well as all state representatives in Minnesota, warning of the destructive consequences of the radical homosexual agenda. Here are portions of the letter:

We all agree that our posterity deserves the best education, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that our forefathers fought, bled and died for. In order to preserve these freedoms, we must take care to uphold the laws and values that make a nation free indeed. After all, freedom is not given to do what you want to do, but what you ought to do.

As public schools already face challenges in teaching reading, writing, and arithmetic, intense pressure from the radical homosexual agenda is forcing schools to deal with a number of issues never before presented. There has been major attempts to normalize the homosexual lifestyle through education curriculum such as Comprehensive Sex Education, Anti-Bullying Policies, and the such [even going so far as to attempt to normalize bestiality.]

While the mainstream media wants to make this lifestyle out to be normal, healthy behavior, we want to make you aware of the actual statistics linked to this dangerous behavior:

  • Captain William Riddle of the Los Angeles Police says, “30,000 sexually abused children in Los Angeles were victims of homosexuals”.
  • About 1/3 of all sexual abuse cases among children are committed by homosexuals, and about ½ of all such cases among foster children are committed by homosexual providers. Please consider that less than 2% of America is gay.
  • 50% of the calls to a hotline to report “queer bashing” involved domestic violence (i.e., homosexuals beating up other homosexuals).
  • 33% of homosexuals ADMIT to minor/adult sex.
  • There is a notable homosexual group, consisting of thousands of members, known as the North American Man and Boy Love Association (NAMBLA). This is a child molesting homosexual group whose cry is “SEX BEFORE 8 BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE.” This group can be seen marching in most major homosexual parades across the United States.
  • Homosexuals commit about 33% of all reported child molestations in the United States.
  • 73% of all homosexuals have had sex with boys under 19 years of age.
  • Many homosexuals admit that they are pedophiles: “The love between men and boys is at the foundation of homosexuality”. At least 20% of homosexuals approve of homosexual sex between children and adults.
  • Because homosexuals can’t reproduce naturally, they resort to recruiting children. Homosexuals can be heard chanting “TEN PERCENT IS NOT ENOUGH, RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT” in their homosexual parades. A group called the “Lesbian Avengers” prides itself on trying to recruit young girls. They print “WE RECRUIT” on their literature. Some other homosexuals aren’t as overt about this, but rather try to infiltrate society and get into positions where they will have access to the malleable minds of young children (e.g., the clergy, teachers, Boy Scout leaders, [Jerry Sandusky,] etc.). See the DC Lesbian Avengers web page, and DC Lesbian Avengers Press Release, where they threaten to recruit little boys and girls.

Sadly, we could list many, many more statistics regarding the homosexual lifestyle and their crimes.

As a ministry that is committed to upholding the morals and values [as well as the laws of our republic] that make us a great nation, we have been a faithful-mouthpiece on our nationally syndicated radio program with multiple thousands of listeners. It is our job to educate America regarding who is upholding our Constitution, and who is not. We urge you to be aware of the statistics regarding this subject, in order to produce an environment of the healthy, quality education that our nation’s youth deserve.

Thank you for your time, and we trust you will do what is necessary for the security of our nation, our posterity, and our freedom.

After seeing these violations, I hope you can understand why God calls homosexuality an abomination.

Minnesota has ignored these warnings to their own demise. If any of our students are punished for their beliefs or violated by perverted, sexually deviant criminals, Minnesota’s schools and state representatives should be and will be held legally accountable.

A preacher friend of mine just reminded me where the state of Minnesota just put themselves: “Throw rocks at God and you will learn how gravity works.”

I am so glad you lost, and that you will be remembered by history the same way we remember those who were against interracial marriage and for segregation.

But you’re right, because voter fraud, or something (if you knew anything about Minnesota you’d know that we are a majority DFL state, but our conservatives are VERY conservative. It’s not rocket science how Santorum won). Keep those fingers in your ears and just keep repeating “voter fraud voter fraud voter fraud”. The longer you keep repeating this lie, the more your party will run itself in the ground. After all, why change policies when everyone loves them?! (If only they could vote for them).

Hurray for Minnesota! I hope we make you feel really uncomfortable. If you don’t like how the Minnesota people voted down a constitutional ban AND THEN the democratically elected officials in both houses of congress passed a law, then you are free to leave. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

    • Terry A. Hurlbut says:

What will you do, a generation hence, when you look around and realize that the schools are empty because no more babies were born?

  2. pete5383 says:

If you’re plan to keep the human species going is to bank on all the children that gay people -would- have had if gay marriage was illegal, then that’s the worst plan I’ve ever heard in m life.

Maybe you’re confused. The new law in Minnesota doesn’t make it illegal for heterosexual couples to fall in love, get married, and have children. That process will go on just as it always has.

I disagree with most all of the arguments about gay marriage, but “Let the gays marry will mean no more babies will be born” is pretty bad, even by anti-gay marriage standards. And that’s saying something.

    • Terry A. Hurlbut says:

The new law in Minnesota is the first step. The ultimate aim in view is to recruit the children. To forestall even the possibility of that, the decent people will decamp from Minnesota. And whom do you think that would leave behind?

  3. MDB says:

No more babies being born? You’ve got to be joking. Even if this doubles the admittedly quite high estimate that 10% of the population is gay (and I know that’s a very flawed statistic, no need to challenge it) to 20%, that still leaves 80%?of the population popping our babies like before.

Do you really think that within a single generation, all of people of Minnesota of child-bearing age are going to turn gay? Do you think homosexuality is that alluring? Or do you think so little of the people of that fine (albeit chilly) state are so morally weak (by your definition), that they’re all going to be recruited by the Gay Agenda?

    • Terry A. Hurlbut says:

Nope. I think that if the boast that someone offered about slamming doors as someone exits played out as that other person said, all the decent people would decamp from Minnesota and leave it to the gays who would flock there from neighboring States and turn it into some kind of gay haven.

  4. bach398 says:

This very article says that only 2% of America is gay so even of your worst fears about their “recruiting” are true and by some miracle they increase their numbers by 1000% (I said a miracle so an insane increase is needed here) in a generation you would only have 20% of the people being gay. I doubt the schools would be empty if 80% of people were in relationships that produce children.

    • Terry A. Hurlbut says:

They would if the rest of the people, in the quite reasonable fear that the State would eventually rule their marriages utterly meaningless in the eyes of the law, decamped from Minnesota. Recall that I offered that scenario in direct reply to someone who said something about avoiding slamming doors during one’s exit.

  5. pete5383 says:

    1) “The ultimate aim in view is to recruit the children.”
Oh, Terry, you’re adorable. Keep that tinfoil hat on tight. Did you know that Conceal and Carry Laws are the first step in overthrowing the federal government and instituting a Islamic theocracy? Do I have any proof or thoughts of how this might happen? Heck no, but I -said- it, so it must be somewhat true, right?

    2) Your attitude of “you’d better not pass laws through ballots or elected representatives, or I will punish the state” really shows your contempt for representative democracy. I’m sorry your ideas are rejected by a majority of voters, but that’s how democracy works. If you don’t like it, and want to move to a country in which laws are created by a religious body with no regard to the will of the majority, then Iran might be a better place for you.

    • Terry A. Hurlbut says:

Did you just propose that legislators get tenure, and never be subject to re-election?

  7. pete5383 says:

“Did you just propose that legislators get tenure, and never be subject to re-election?”

I have no idea what you’re talking about. I love democracy! I’m not the one calling bills passed and signed by duly elected officials “un-lawful” just because I don’t like them. Elections are the ultimate way to keep the people’s will being done.

Let me give you an example. In 2010, the Republicans were elected, and put a constitutional ban on the ballot. Voters rejected the ban, and in a show of displeasure with the Republicans, voted in Democrats who then passed a bill legalizing gay marriage. If a majority of Minnesota are really upset with it (which I’ve seen no indication they are), then they are free to vote in another party, who can repeal the law if that’s what they think would be in the best interest of their constituents. And if that happens, I won’t sit and pout, calling it “un-lawful” and point to imaginary voter fraud as the problem.

If this happens, I’ll accept it as the will of the people enacted through their duly democratically elected officials. But if Republicans keep pushing ideas that Minnesotans dislike, such as reducing our freedoms, then we won’t vote them back in. Democracy!

Really, I have no idea what you where you got the idea that I want “tenure” for legislators. I’m starting to think you don’t fully understand democracy. The majority elects our officials, and the laws they pass are -real- laws, no matter how whiny the religious minority is.

  8. Fergus Mason says:

“The ultimate aim in view is to recruit the children.”

I don’t actually think that is the aim, Terry. It’s not really a practical one anyway. It’s rather difficult to “recruit” a straight person to gayness because, well, straight people like to do it with members of the opposite sex. You (well not you, obviously) could have tried to “recruit” me as much as you liked, but my fantasies would still all have been about girls. We like who we like. It’s not a choice.

    • Terry A. Hurlbut says:

Well, I would put it to you that you made your decision so long ago that you literally can’t remember being anything else.

Maybe my memory is better than most. Compared to the average person I talk to, it is eidetic. That can be a blessing and a curse.

I remember enough to assert that homosexuality is a developmental arrest. You and I “developed” per the usual case. Adult homosexuals arrested their development.

I also remind you that the prevalence of homosexuality varies directly as the tolerance therefor, and, more to the point, the promotion thereof. Obviously it will correlate far more with active promotion than with passive tolerance. For contrasting historical examples, I give you ancient Greece and ancient Rome.

You and I grew up in an era during which society barely tolerated homosexuality (for instance, neither of our respective countries threw them in jail) and certainly did not promote it.

Modern society both tolerates and promotes it. Maybe not as much as did ancient Greece, but such promotion does take place. Putting an “iconic figure” on the cover of Sports Illustrated is one example of promotion. Insinuating that Abraham Lincoln was a sexual invert himself is another. (I have many quarrels with Abraham Lincoln, but not that.)

Adult homosexuals today promote their lifestyle and demand that others promote it. If those others refuse to take part in such promotion, the homosexuals go to law to force the issue. This violates basic principles of freedom of association. For the right to associate includes the right not to associate, for any reason or no reason.

  9. Fergus Mason says:

“the prevalence of homosexuality varies directly as the tolerance therefor”

I would say that the willingness to admit it varies directly with the tolerance. Now, why might that be?

    • Terry A. Hurlbut says:

Not just tolerance. Promotion. That’s what’s going on today.

  10. JT says:

Wow… so much rampant bigotry in this post and replies. Let’s sort a few things out here:

    – Democratically elected politicians, who pass a law you don’t like are not “un-lawful” and the legislation is not an “un-law.” It’s called politics – sometimes they do things you don’t like. In such situations, the adult thing to do is not what Bradlee Dean has done here.
    – The “statistics” Dean quotes are at best spurious (dating from the 70s and 80s) and at worst outright fabrications. For example, the claim that most gay men under 19 have had sex. Well, guess what, most straight men under 19 have also had sex 9I know Terry’s the exception here) – usually with a girl younger than them. But they seem ok with this.
    – Likewise the claim that 33% of all child molestation is committed by homosexuals. This implies that 67% are committed by straight people – but I don’t see Dean issuing any warnings here. I wonder why? Is he Catholic?
    – Terry’s claim that 2% of the population marrying each other will result in empty schools, is probably one of the dumbest things I’ve read on this site. First;y – 2% of population, secondly, adoption, thirdly, lesbians (yes, they can marry too – always amazes me how fundies always focus on gay men getting married) can – and do – still have children.

Still, it’s comforting to see that Terry and Dean wear their hatred on the sleeves, even if they have to resort to fantasy to justify it.
