The Supreme Court of the United States upheld almost everything that the health care reform bill does. The only thing the Court disallowed was removing all Medicaid funds from States who refuse to expand their Medicaid programs. This opinion severely weakens the Constitution and grants Congress unlimited power to tax. But it also means that all who vociferously denied that the health care reform bill had a tax increase in it, were lying.
One has to wonder if the people of New Jersey will ever wake up from of their zombie stupor. Governor Chris Christie once again proves he is no better than any wacko liberal Democrat. In fact he gives new meaning to the term RINO. Blunderbuss is all over the place! He’s Conservative, liberal, progressive, and environmentalist, anything for a vote. In fact he’s New Jersey’s own Al Gore, inventing new ways to destroy the fabric of New Jersey.
The Ron Paul delegate strategy is twofold: win delegates other than in primaries, and select delegates that must vote for other candidates, but only on the first ballot. Ron Paul will lose or win, depending on whether Mitt Romney wins, or does not win, enough votes to nominate him on the first ballot. After that first ballot, anything goes—literally.
