Yesterday the scandal involving the Internal Revenue Service broke wide-open. Angry members of a key subcommittee (including half its Democrats!) took turns denouncing the agency and especially its leaders. But few of them got the true point. The IRS scandal should surprise no one. Least of all should it surprise any in Congress. For they, more than anyone else, created the monstrous tax code that needs a monstrous agency to enforce it.

The IRS scandal grows by the hour. Every hour shows more proof that the Internal Revenue Service behaved badly, and always has. But people aren’t looking at the real scandal. The real scandal is a tax code that needs an IRS to enforce it. Our tax laws let, even make, the IRS ask things about you that are none of anyone’s business but yours. Such laws are not fit for governing a free people.

An Inspector General’s report confirmed what many observers suspected: the IRS has targeted conservative groups for years. Worse yet, a Commissioner of Internal Revenue perjured himself before Congress last year. And now even a liberal Democrat criticized the IRS for its behavior.

In light of this past week’s Congressional hearings relating to the Benghazi coverup and the death of American citizens, allegations of political manipulation of information have become moot. It is clear now that the factual altering of information slithering out from the Obama administration was not the result of fear of being ousted from the Presidency, but fear of being remanded to the penitentiary.

On the heels of the Benghazi exposé (of the crimes of this administration), I watched a press conference this morning by the families of three Navy SEAL Team 6 members who were killed along with 26 others when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan. The information that came forth was nothing less than surreal, obvious and very telling.

The US State Department covered up the Benghazi attack. Not that it happened, but why it happened. They did this cover-up for politics: to help Barack Obama win a second term. But don’t just take our word, or that of other alternative media, for that. Take it from ABC News.

Once again, for at least the 10th time that we can recall, this forger of documents, this usurper of our Presidency, this master of furtiveness, the one posing as the President of all the people, has propped himself up in front of cameras and recording devices and demonstrated his only real competency, which is his extraordinary skill of creating hate and distrust, anger and fear. Three statements from the “Divider-in-Chief,” just in the past few days, were malicious continuations of what now appears to be a well thought out machination.
