Obamacare meltdown? Dems very afraid

This shill for Obamacare might find himself cut off.

Kathleen Sebelius delayed the individual mandate for some (not all) who buy insurance for one person or one family. She might have thought she’d calmed the fears of her co-factionalists in the Senate. She didn’t. One Democratic Senator on Sunday forecast an Obamacare meltdown. He said it to Candy Crowley, she of the Obama-Romney foreign-policy debate. And the Democrats have good reason to fear an Obamacare meltdown.

Tea Party and GOP: implacable foes

TEA Party to GOP establishment: enough already.

Anyone who still doubts the need for a new or “third party” in American politics, has another reason to lay aside all doubt. The Republican Party does have an “establishment,” with all the inertia all establishments have. That establishment declared war against the Tea Party and all real conservatives last week. They did this for an absurdly simple reason. Reason enough for true conservatives to find or found a third party.

United Nations v. the American family

The United Nations figures in prophecy

The current United States leadership begs the question. Are they suicidal, simply brain dead or worse, traitors? For once again the progressive Marxists media lap-dogs are silent concerning the up-coming United Nations Treaty that the Islamic-Marxist Chief is pushing. Its name: “United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” (UNCRPD).

Obama: failure or success?

Obama acts like a tyrant. Does that make him worthy of Time's POTY award?

Let me say this plainly: This president is not a failure. He is a success! He knows exactly what demographic he should go to. The older generation has not yet figured out this method. He is going to the younger generation where the real battle rages. And that is where America must go if we are to win the future.

Why do we have a Medicaid program?

The Rod of Asclepius came from the Greeks. But the Silk Road exhibit would suggest modern medicine really began with Muslims.

Star-Ledger (Newark, N.J.) headline reads: “ObamaCare fuels applicant boom for NJ Medicaid—Advocate hails 35% increase in October.” (Read the article here.) Almost 22,000 new applications were filed in October, up from 16,000 in September. Is this a triumph? Was a 990-page law needed to accomplish this? The taxpayers will have to fork over $5,000 per applicant to a Medicaid HMO—that’s $110 million—and what will the patients get?

Obamacare spells doom for Democrats

Obama acts like a tyrant. Does that make him worthy of Time's POTY award?

How serious are the problems with Obamacare, or the Patient Protection (racket) and (Not) Affordable Care Act? This will cost several Democrats their seats in Congress. Many Democrats won those seats (or won them back) in 2008 and 2012. Barack Obama promised the moon to the American people. Those Senators and Representatives echoed that promise. But those promises were false when the Democrats made them. And everyone who cares to know, knows this.

Nuclear option: pushing the button

What difference does it make to her?

Now, President Obama can nominate the Three Stooges to the federal bench if he wants, and get away with it. Why? Because last week, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid invoked the “nuclear option,” and the Senate voted 52 to 48 to change Senate rules by reducing the number of votes needed for cloture on nominees from 60 to 51 (which could include Vice President Joe Biden’s tie-breaking vote).

Common Core: Gates Unhinged

Common Core puts a worm into this apple.

The Northeast Ohio Media Group featured in its Sun Press/Sun Messenger local paper, a double opinion piece on Common Core Standards on November 14.  Absent from the favorable assessment were the particulars that expose the damaging aspects, namely that states will be required to surrender their diverse curricula for one set of educational principles, to undermine individuality and stifle students’ creativity and choices of study, limiting quality and parental choices.  It is also unconstitutional.

Obamacare delays enrollment

If you believe HHS delayed Obamacare enrollment just to give insurers more time to set rates, I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge

At about midnight last night, the government announced the latest in a series of cynical ploys. They delayed the period for open enrollment in Obamacare from 15 October-7 December 2014 to 15 November 2014-15 January 2015. How convenient! Eleven days after the midterm elections!

Healthcare.gov: technical disaster

Kathleen Sebelius

The site healthcare.gov is one of the worst technical disasters in the history of computers and their networks. The White House knew it would be a disaster and opened it anyway. Now many Democratic politicians are running, not walking, away from it. Oh, a few die-hard fanatics insist the site stay up. But those more in touch with their constituents, know better.
