As the holidays and families draw near, so does the fiscal cliff. The term is as ominous as the numerous predictions that accompany it. The debt ceiling is expected to arrive by the end of February. This will have a deleterious effect on a host of indicators – from unemployment rates to an economically ravaged military.

Putative President Barack H. Obama told the American people today what he wants to do. He wants to steal large amounts of money from those who create wealth. He set up the “fiscal cliff” to do just that. And if anyone stands in his way, the country can collapse for all he cares.

Now, fresh evidence shows that Obama had a more direct link to Ms. Piven than he has ever let on.
Credit rating downgrade for America
America saw another downgrade on its credit rating last week. The White House ordered the press to keep quiet and they meekly obeyed. But that’s not the worst problem. If the Big Three follow through on the downgrade, prices of all commodities, including gold, silver, and oil, could rise sharply.

Do you remember the days when our representatives went to D.C. to do what was right by the American people? Both parties had their philosophies but none of them played-along-to-get-along. The play-along part has become a chess game-type of give and take, and the get-along part means they get to keep their jobs, build their power base, and make lots of money in the process. Unfortunately it doesn’t mean reaching a consensus on what is right for the American people. Instead it is about making a deal to stay in office.
