Congressmen? Outraged? An open challenge

The Constitution provides for impeachment.

Enough pontificating, if those quoted by the media are truly serious regarding Obama’s abuse of power and ending the unconstitutional behavior of this run-a-way administration, set forth below are indisputable facts that can reverse Obamacare and expose Congressional criminal activity.

What difference does it make? Reprise

What difference does it make to her?

If the question “what difference does it make?” is referring to the Sept. 11th attack in Benghazi – the answer is “plenty!”

Un-Stately State of the Union

Obama, hypocrite in chief at the National Prayer Breakfast

To begin this commentary I would like to apologize to our loyal readers and too, to the occasional visitor of TPATH.  As many of you know I run my website from my own pocket and I get zero compensation except the satisfaction that the research and writing done here, by me and our many wonderful contributors will be informative and somewhat entertaining in the process.   What do I feel the need to apologize for?  Well, I tried, I really did try to watch that usurper give the State of the Union Address on Tuesday night.

Obamacare creates unconstitutional army

The Reichstag Fire, a key event in the rise of the Nazi Party

What if I told you that the Health-care legislation we call Obamacare grants Obama the authority to create his own personal Army Corps in violation of the U.S. Constitution?

Answer to America’s Dilemma Resolved!

Remedies for a culture run amuck

There are men and women in the thousands who have fought, bled and died to give us the freedoms we now possess. They are six feet underground. The truth of the matter is, these veterans fought, bled and died fighting against the ideologies the American people are tolerating through this current administration. If the American people were truly thankful for their freedoms, they would not tolerate crime in their representatives whatsoever (Article II, Section 4, of the U.S Constitution).

Right to life: litmus test

March for Life 2013 Abortion v Guns

Last Sunday (19 January 2014) was Right to Life Sunday. This saw a multitude of sermons from pulpits nationwide. The rights and wrongs of Roe v. Wade have been disputed endlessly and many assume that not much else can be said on the subject. They would be wrong.

Judges as oligarchs

James A. Byrne Federal Courthouse, Philadelphia, PA, home of the Third Circuit, one step below the Supreme Court

By what authority do those highbrows in  black robes think they have to violate the Constitution and by extension, the will of the American people?  Justices are warranted to determine the legality of a law or an activity, as relates to the US Constitution and then render an opinion thereon.   Redefining legislation or altering its wording or intent, is not legal.

Licentious illiberal liberals

The Constitution provides for impeachment.

Across this nation there are streets, blocks, neighborhoods and cites which exist in various gradients of contrasting security and danger.  It has been pointed out by many, and many times over, that the safest locations for the people to live, work and enjoy life are those areas where the constitutional right to self defense has not been taken away by socialist legislators and liberal judges.

Religion of ignorance!

United States Capitol

A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the RIGHTS which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the religion of ignorance that tyranny begins.

– Benjamin Franklin

Goodness gracious, America – what is it going to take for the American people to bring forth justice against an administration that is willfully and purposely tearing down the Constitution of the United States? Of course, we know that this is nothing but an attempt by the current administration to recreate our country in the image that looks just like themselves … lawless!

NSA surveillance: reform or ruse?

The NSA surveillance program is now in bad hands.

Late this morning, de facto President Barack Obama spoke for nearly forty-five minutes about the NSA surveillance program. He said he would reform it to balance security with liberty. He also denied anyone had ever abused the program. But with his history, no one can really trust him. Moreover the “balance” he proposed is little more than vapor. The real solution is far simpler, and literally comes from one of the Founders.
