Obama eligibility: Dwight responds

Obama eligibility court hearing in progress, takes place in absence of Obama and his lawyers

Yesterday’s posting “Obama Can Be Stopped” (reprinted here) has elicited quite a response. Hundreds of emails were in support. A few were not. It is a daunting task to try to answer individual emails, but I try to do that.

Glenn Beck helping Obama?

The Obama birth certificate. Why is this still accepted as valid?

Recently Glenn Beck made a statement that appears to have gone unnoticed by most. The context of what he was saying was cast to the mundane when he admitted, after years on TV and the radio of saying the opposite, that he was prevented from taking up subjects by the stations where he worked. This not only included FOX, but FOX was the object of the comment.

Mark Levin, hypocrite

The Constitution is not dead

Everyone who knows of or who has heard Mark Levin may be under the false perception that he cares about this country, where it’s headed and the slow destruction of our Constitution. Of course it would be very easy to find oneself in that group, since his rants and raves seem to bespeak that allegiance. But his actions, his spineless avoidance of the one thing that could, if everyone stood together, actually stop Obama’s destruction of our country, has proven, Mr. Levin cares more about his personal wealth than he does about this country and the Constitution he continues to act as if he supports.

Obama – De Facto President

The Constitution is not dead

Barack Obama eligibility supporters maintain that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen” and therefore eligible to be President. But to do so, they have blended together, through ignorance or intent, “citizen,” “born citizen,” and “natural born Citizen,” and denied that there is a critical constitutional distinction between these phrases. These supporters and enablers, who I call the citizen/born citizen/natural born citizen conflationists, in constitutionally supporting Barack Obama to be president, have allowed our Constitution, the rule of law, and our nation to be violated. Allow me to explain.

Natural born citizen – what Obama is not

The Constitution is not dead

The issue of Obama’s eligibility to be President has always been whether he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” And that issue has always been about answering two questions:

Journalist impostors in America

Valerie Jarrett. Why do journalists not ask how this unelected person became the Third Woman President?

Everyday the journalist impostors of this modern day contribute further to the eventual loss of the rights given them by our Constitution.

Voter fraud extant and rampant

Ballot box. The Electoral College compact relies on stuffing this.

The Democratic Party protests that voter fraud does not exist. Therefore, they say, anyone who says it does, just wants to stop people “not like them” from voting. In fact, voter fraud not only exists, but has broken out in several States. And some of it is more brazen than ever.

Obama cracking up?

Obama, hypocrite in chief at the National Prayer Breakfast

Is Barack H. Obama starting to crack up? An hour or so ago, a forensic profiler said just that on WND. He said Obama has a guilty secret, namely that he is not a natural born citizen. But what really might crack him is the strain of a job that he simply cannot do effectively.

Arizona at critical mass?

Flag of Arizona

The man now occupying the White House may have won the presidential election back in June when Janet Napolitano, former governor of Arizona and now Secretary of Homeland Security, announced that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals would take effect immediately. With one stroke of the pen, Mr. Obama allowed between 1.7 million and 800,000 illegal immigrants who arrived here as children to stay in this country for a mere $465.

Obama eligibility and Constitutional law

Mario Apuzzo, arguing the latest Obama eligibility challenge

Mario Apuzzo knows a thing or two about Obama eligibility jurisprudence. He has one case that has gone through New Jersey’s courts (and might go to the United States Supreme Court). Now he is helping a Minnesota Electoral College candidate serve notice on his party’s ticket: show me your birth certificates. Today he chatted with CNAV about this latest (if indirect) Obama eligibility challenge. He also shared some thoughts on what the relevant Constitutional and Supreme Court case law does and does not say.
