Moral authority and legal authority

Barack H. Obama gave one of the worst State of the Union addresses of his career.

A United States Senator finally said it: Barack H. Obama is throwing away his moral authority to lead the country. If only this same Senator was willing to avow the full truth. Which is that Obama has no more legal authority than moral authority.

Stupid politicians

The Obama birth certificate. Why is this still accepted as valid?

After having spent many decades working, building businesses and careers, raising families, as so many other Americans have done, it has dawned on many of us, that maybe, just maybe, the typical political candidate, really doesn’t become an an expert immediately after being elected. They may become more arrogant, but remain quite stupid.

Obama eligibility: more recent evidence

Alleged long form birth certificate

The recent controversy on Glenn Beck’s remarks about forbidden subjects raises the Obama eligibility issue yet again. But another event took place that few noticed. Two experienced typesetters can show in twenty-five different ways that the Obama birth certificate is a fraud. Worse yet, they implicate Hawaiian officials and even a major media network in acts tantamount to treason.

Obama eligibility: Dwight responds

Obama eligibility court hearing in progress, takes place in absence of Obama and his lawyers

Yesterday’s posting “Obama Can Be Stopped” (reprinted here) has elicited quite a response. Hundreds of emails were in support. A few were not. It is a daunting task to try to answer individual emails, but I try to do that.

Glenn Beck helping Obama?

The Obama birth certificate. Why is this still accepted as valid?

Recently Glenn Beck made a statement that appears to have gone unnoticed by most. The context of what he was saying was cast to the mundane when he admitted, after years on TV and the radio of saying the opposite, that he was prevented from taking up subjects by the stations where he worked. This not only included FOX, but FOX was the object of the comment.

Mark Levin, hypocrite

The Constitution assumed local control of most government functions, not the current centralized system.

Everyone who knows of or who has heard Mark Levin may be under the false perception that he cares about this country, where it’s headed and the slow destruction of our Constitution. Of course it would be very easy to find oneself in that group, since his rants and raves seem to bespeak that allegiance. But his actions, his spineless avoidance of the one thing that could, if everyone stood together, actually stop Obama’s destruction of our country, has proven, Mr. Levin cares more about his personal wealth than he does about this country and the Constitution he continues to act as if he supports.

Obama – De Facto President

The Constitution assumed local control of most government functions, not the current centralized system.

Barack Obama eligibility supporters maintain that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen” and therefore eligible to be President. But to do so, they have blended together, through ignorance or intent, “citizen,” “born citizen,” and “natural born Citizen,” and denied that there is a critical constitutional distinction between these phrases. These supporters and enablers, who I call the citizen/born citizen/natural born citizen conflationists, in constitutionally supporting Barack Obama to be president, have allowed our Constitution, the rule of law, and our nation to be violated. Allow me to explain.

Natural born citizen – what Obama is not

The Constitution assumed local control of most government functions, not the current centralized system.

The issue of Obama’s eligibility to be President has always been whether he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” And that issue has always been about answering two questions:

Journalist impostors in America

Valerie Jarrett. Why do journalists not ask how this unelected person became the Third Woman President?

Everyday the journalist impostors of this modern day contribute further to the eventual loss of the rights given them by our Constitution.

Voter fraud extant and rampant

Ballot box. The Texas voter ID law will stop people from stuffing this.

The Democratic Party protests that voter fraud does not exist. Therefore, they say, anyone who says it does, just wants to stop people “not like them” from voting. In fact, voter fraud not only exists, but has broken out in several States. And some of it is more brazen than ever.
